Shipping
Orders are normally shipped out all weekdays; subject to change due to holidays and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will ship to an address that is different from the billing address, however, we reserve the right to contact both addresses for confirmation. A valid telephone number is required for both the billing and shipping addresses if they are different.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order (or part of an order) anytime up until it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please call us toll-free at (866) 352-7520 or contact us by email.
Once an order has been shipped, you must accept the package and return it to us in accordance with the Return and Refund policy below. After we receive the items and your packing slip, we will credit your account.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on our products. If you are not completely satisfied, please call our Customer Service Department. Refunds will be provided only if the product is returned to us in accordance with the Return and Refund Policy below.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please call our Customer Service department at (866)352-7520. To return a product for a full refund, the following steps must be completed:
- All product returns must have prior, authorized approval from our Customer Service department.
- Customer Service will issue an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) code for the items being returned.
- The RMA code must be written on the packing slip, and on the outside of the box near the mailing label.
- The packing slip must be inside the box, along with the product that you are returning.
- Products must be received by Sylvan Bio, Inc. within 30 days of the purchase date.
- All approved returns must be shipped at customer’s expense to the following address:

Don’t forget to insure the package for the full price of the items enclosed. Although we accept responsibility for packages lost or damaged in shipment from us to our customers, we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during return shipment.
