Contains no artificial colors or flavors, corn, lactose, sugar or preservatives.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) capsules with water at mealtime or as directed by a licensed healthcare practitioner.
You may take up to four (4) capsules daily (morning and evening) for maximum benefits.
Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period.

After my husband’s stroke last year, his doctor put him on one of those statins, but he started getting really bad leg cramps from it. His doctor said that happens sometimes, and told Rob to stop taking it. The doctor said he was talking to some other doctors about it recently, and they said some of their patients tried red yeast rice with no leg pain. Well, let me tell you, Rob tried this stuff and we are all amazed at how well it works! And no leg cramps either! Thank you, Heartshape!

I’ve been taking red yeast rice supplements for years because my doctor told me that I needed to lower my cholesterol, or else he was prescribing a statin medication. So far, so good! My cholesterol level has stayed well within the numbers he wanted to see since I started using this.
